






What is The Succulent?
We are a band of hospitality veterans committed to serving plant-based (vegan) street food sustainably prepared in a no-waste kitchen. We only use biodegradable materials for our disposables and we source produce directly from local farmers whenever possible. Our eclectic menu is inspired by the history, environment, and cultures of Florida. Our chef-driven cuisine changes seasonally and with each harvest so you'll want to check back frequently to see what new flavors we have in store for you!

Where to find us?
Until we settle on a permanent location, we're taking this show on the road! We'll be making appearances at your local green markets, doing pop-ups at craft breweries, and setting up shop at various outdoor festivals. Right now, our schedule is:
Saturday: Legion Park Farmers Market, Miami
9am to 2pm
Sunday: Vizcaya Village Farmers Market, Miami
9am to 2pm.
Both of these markets are organized by the Urban Oasis Project and we are proud to work with them in providing locally sourced food to the community.

We would love to! Just contact us via email with any inquiries you may have and we'll be sure to get back to you in a timely manner. Customizing menus to fit local seasonality is at the heart of what we do and we are confident we can tailor a menu to suit your style and taste.
